it has been a three years since i started going to the gym .
first it was hard for me to train my body and get my endurance improved , but once i started
seeing results , it becomes an addiction for me ! it was not only about body changes and transformation
it is about feeling good and mentally healthy .
exercising for me , it is a stress relief and Gym become my happy place!
so i am proud to be a gym addict. and i recommend everyone who feel depressed to begin doing gym
exercises , it really helps in removing stress.
