i have wrote an essay in my classroom dynamics course at university in teaching diploma major .
the essay is about the code of conduct to help stake holders ( teachers, students, parents 0 know the
most important rules , procedures , missions and what is expected for them for a safe and efficient
schoolwidediscipline and safety policies . my part was at the parents level :
Domain: Parents
Parents are the main side in the cycle of the student’s conduct .when the parents are engaged , they aid their children’s through school ,advocate to their children and can assist a good school environment . so when parents are engaged in their children’s schools exercises their children obtain better grades , select more advantageous behaviors and have good social skills
-Actually, the essentials of the school policy and rules must be argued by the parents to their sons/daughters, and that for ensuring a healthy and safety for all students through evading from a misbehavior or violation that might a student fall in.
-As for parents too, they are required to be pretty knowledgeable about the tutors and staff in schools that they are supposed to deal with their child.
-Not only that, but also they have to investigate about protocols, safety procedures, rules, routines of
the school in general and class in specific.
-However, guardians must generate a vigorous consciousness and trust based relationship with administration/supervisor and teachers.
-Moreover, the rule of the parents doesn’t only lies in school, but also it extended to be at home too,
where they must provide their kids with a favorable atmosphere for children to be capable to speak
up about their concerns and difficulties without restrictions.
